Yesterday again I watched Shawshank's Redemption.... What a movie. Every time I watch this movie it never fails to impress. Great acting, direction and HOPE .....
Hope is a good thing
May be best of the things
and no good thing ever dies ......
Theme wise this movie is similar to cast away. In cast away, HOPE helps chuk to do impossible but he ends up as looser and that's what I feel. His direction was wrong that will nullify his efforts. In this movie, HOPE helps Andy to achieve impossible. Andy emerges as winner something like orr in Catch22.
